Possibly look at way to improve time efficiency so patient does not have to wait too long. But only a minor criticism.

Nurses are lovely! Efficient, caring and professional, they work very hard and I am always impressed with the care I get at the Rugby unit.

The nurses are so kind and caring.
Suggested improvements
There are sometimes inefficiency i.e, running late, drugs not turned up on time but I knew this isn't through the fault of the nurses sometimes poor IT admin.
